美国加大对违反酒类产品标识规定行为的处罚力度

酒精烟草税收贸易局表示，调整违反《酒类产品标示法》（ABLA）规定的处罚金额，现行违法处罚额度最高19787美元，违法天数单独计算。调整后的处罚金额最高达20111美元。

This document informs the public that the maximum penalty for violations of the Alcoholic Beverage Labeling Act （ABLA） is be汨罗ing adjusted in accordance with the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990, as amended. Prior to the publication of this document, any person who violated the provisions of the ABLA was subject to a civil penalty of not more than $19,787, with each day constituting a separate offense. This document announces that this maximum penalty is being increased to $20,111.
